Kittiwake Cape - Childrens

This children's wheelchair cape is the simplest item to slip over a child's head during a sudden shower. Fully waterproof with taped seams, it has a simple hood with velcro at the neck and is secured at the wrist level with two small tabs of velcro to stop the cape from riding up in the wind.
