Wagtail Cover without sleeves

This wagtail cover does not have sleeves and assumes the wearer is being pushed. It features slits at the rear that pass over the handles and goes over the back of the chair to prevent rain getting between the wearer and the seat back.
Elasticated under the foot plate fora snug fit, the wagtail also features an adjustable hood and velcro fastening at the neck.
Fully waterproof with taped seams.
